Whole-Person Care Workgroup
The Primary Care Collaborative has convened a work group to guide the organization’s whole-person care and lifestyle medicine initiative.
The work group's objectives are:
- Serve as subject matter experts to inform, review, and contribute to PCC’s whole health activities.
- Advise PCC’s whole-person primary care work by offering strategic guidance on how to advance relevant policies, broaden partnerships, and catalyze change.
- Amplify whole health messages and models within their networks and to the broader primary care community to foster awareness and buy-in for whole-person approaches.
- Bring their unique stakeholder perspectives to PCC’s whole health work to ensure efforts are representative and relevant to the diversity of organizations needed for change.
