PCPCC is a not-for-profit multi-stakeholder membership organization dedicated to advancing an effective and efficient health system built on a strong foundation of primary care and the patient-centered medical home. Through a federally funded grant, Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI), the PCPCC serves as a Support & Alignment Network (SAN) for Patients, Caregivers & Community Engagement to provide technical assistance to participating stakeholder organizations to help clinicians achieve large-scale health transformation. The initiative is one part of a strategy to strengthen the quality of patient care and spend health care dollars more wisely. Working in partnership with diverse stakeholder organizations and Executive Members of PCPCC we are using this federal grant to further advance the vision of improved quality of care while reducing unnecessary costs.
The Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative seeks a paid intern with a strong interest in health policy and health system improvement. This intern will work on a variety projects with emphasis on TCPI grant-related tasks, policy research, writing, and member-related tasks.
