The Brigham and Women’s Hospital Primary Care Center of Excellence delivers high-quality, patient-centered care based on strong relationships between its patients and physicians. Dedicated to improving the health and well-being of patients and families, the center's clinicians offer a variety of services, ranging from routine annual exams to comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis, expert treatment, and seamless coordination of care with specialists.

The center provides:

  • primary care services by Brigham and Women’s Hospital physicians in 16 Greater Boston offices
  • team-based, comprehensive and coordinated care emphasizing preventive care, overall wellness, and patient involvement
  • care from Level 3 NCQA Patient Centered Medical Homes, a model of care that is based around quality and safety
