Anselmo Chung is currently a Manager at Ernst and Young serving in their Federal Healthcare Practice and has over 12 years of experience concentrated in enterprise transformation/ operating model design, operational excellence and strategic alignment of support operations, continuous process improvement leading practices, healthcare delivery optimization, healthcare policy, and program and project management. Mr. Chung has provided these services in a wide range of industries including: utility, Federal Government, logistics, acquisitions, manufacturing, and healthcare. In healthcare, Mr. Chung has worked at Johns Hopkins’ Center for Innovation as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and have conducted several large scale clinical process improvement projects that have improved cycle times at the ED and outpatient pharmacy. With Ernst and Young, Mr. Chung leads their Federal Lean Six Sigma initiative and have supported Federal healthcare clients with enterprise transformation and process improvement expertise. Mr. Chung received his Bachelor of Science and Engineering from Arizona State University, Masters in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago, and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
