Dr. Delo owned and operated Delo Medical Associates, an independent family practice for over 37 years and is now working for Conviva doing senior primary care.
She is a past president of the Florida Society ACOFP and was a previous FOMA (Florida Osteopathic Medical Association) president who was honored to receive the FOMA Physician of the Year Award in 2021. She has served the American Osteopathic Association as a CERA (Council on Economic and Regulatory Affairs) member since 2011 and chaired the counsel since 2021.
She also is a member of the Bureau of Federal Health Programs, with the AOA. She also has previously served on the physician workforce advisory counsel for the Florida governor.
