Tom Warcup, DO, MHA, serves as Chief Medical Officer of the Rhode Island Primary Care Physicians Corporation (RIPCPC).
In this role, Warcupleads the corporation’s transition to valued-based care, oversees clinical strategy, supports quality improvement efforts, boosts physician engagement and helps clinical operations align with organizational goals. He previously served as CEO and chief medical officer at Block Island Medical Center, where he developed outpatient models, implemented quality-driven strategies and collaborated on expanding home health and palliative care services.
