In this 75-minute session, participants engaged in three rounds of small-group conversations guided by table hosts. These discussions built meaningful connections, explored how the conference theme applies to their work, and identified what attendees personally want to gain from their conference experience.
Questions for the session were:
- How does your work intersect with the conference goal of improving the nation’s health by scaling payment/delivery innovations that strengthen primary care?
- As we start this learning together, what are some initial ideas you have about how to spread and scale innovations in primary care/health care?
- What is ONE question or insight you’d like to explore further during this conference? Who do you want to connect with here outside of your stakeholder group in order to do so?
AARP Senior Vice President of Policy Development and Integration Dorothy Siemon kicked off the session.
