In this panel conversation, early leaders of efforts to spread the Patient-Centered Medical Home reflect on how they were able to build a multi-stakeholder movement and the importance of engaging employers, payers and others to help spread PCMH. The panel will also explore how key lessons from that movement can inform and shape the PCC’s and its members’ efforts to improve the nation’s health by strengthening primary care.
