Amie Alley Pollack, PhD, is Co-Principal Investigator of the Investing in Primary Care project at Harvard Medical School’s Department of Health Care Policy and Director of Research for the Technology Enabled Education for Community Health (TEECH) initiative in the Office for Research Initiatives and Global Programs. Her work focuses on strengthening primary care through strategic investment, advancing primary care–based behavioral health integration, and supporting innovations that improve access and outcomes—particularly in underserved and rural communities across the United States.
Dr. Pollack previously served as Director of Research at the HMS Center for Primary Care. Before joining Harvard, she was a Senior Research Associate at Vanderbilt University, where she led NIH-supported mental health research, training, and service-strengthening projects in partnership with universities and government ministries across Southeast Asia. Her work in the region began with a Global Health Postdoctoral Scientist Award from the Fogarty International Center. She earned her PhD and MA in Clinical Developmental Psychology from Bryn Mawr College and her BS from the College of William and Mary.
